The job went very well. The office called before John's estimate arrival time to let us know he would be arriving shortly. He arrived, assessed the job, and then completed it without any problems. The installation looks great and works fine. (cost below is for this job) This is the third, and smallest, job that Above and Beyond has done for us. The others included installing retrofitted ceiling lights for our den. This was a huge job, and we love the results. They also installed an outdoor motion activating light system and another bathroom light fixture. These required some additional wiring. All work was done expertly, neatly and professionally.

Very well. Our electrician, John was knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. Above and Beyond is not inexpensive, but they do great work.

Professional Service! John double checked proper placement of outlet before beginning work. Job was completed in a timely fashion and John ensured the work area was clean prior to leaving. Great experience. Cost was a bit high relative to prior experience, but quality of work was solid.

Work went well. The generator took a long while to get here, but that was on the manufacturers end.

Nathan broke down several different options for me and didn't try to push me towards the most expensive option. John installed the new outlet and charger and was very professional and prompt. John and his coworker took good care cleaning everything up afterwards and did an excellent job!

Excellent work. Sent email the night before requesting service. They were able to come out the next day and complete the work. Curtis also took a moment to look at our kitchen faucet that was not function right and make a recommendation to contact Delta for a new part that would fix the issue.

Rob & Glenn assessed the box applying logical, experienced problem solving beginning with GFI. They determined the GFI was damaged from the lightening strike and replaced it. We now have the pool lights. Rob determined that the smoke detector was old (> 10 years) and needed replacement, which he did efficiently, while Glenn replaced the dimmer switch on the can-light switch. By removing the wall plate in living-room & Master-bath, Rob & Glenn were able to determine the 2 mystery switches were for the ceiling fan lights (both absent, but totally made sense when enlightened to the cause). I asked Rob for a walk through the house to check all electrical (recently purchased home) and he did not hesitate, giving me peace of mind that the electrical is up to par. He also informed me that Above & Beyond Electric will assist with plumbing issues as well as electrical. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY ELECTRICAL/PLUMBING RESIDENTIAL WORK. Excellent. Replaced the light fixtures and wall sockets quickly and professionally. Sorted out and solved the breaker problem so now we have wonderful cool. Provided a complete and fair estimate and left all the work areas clean and tidy. John answered all my questions and made several suggestions that will save me utility dollars. Probably his biggest service was noticing several code violations in the attic that have the potential to be fire hazards. I always hope professionals that I hire will take a moment to notice any possible problems and bring them to my attention. I plan to have him back to fix these problems.

John arrived and went right to work. He worked quickly and efficiently and was done before we knew it. He took us throughout the house and explained what all he had done and how it affected our electrical layout. Plus, all of the work looked neat and tidy and the work space was left clean. Any time I need more electrical work, I’ll be calling for John.

I hired Above and Beyond Electric to remove my existing kitchen light and replace with 4 recessed lights. We wanted to add more light and update our kitchen as the existing fixture was not adequate. They also installed LED bulbs which will last much longer and save on our utility bills. We are very happy with the overall work and big improvement these made. Everything went extremely well from start to finish. The electricians arrived on-time, were very professional, and cleaned up after the work was complete. Above and Beyond Electric also recommended someone to patch the hole from the original light and repaint the ceiling. I would highly recommend them to anyone as they are truly top notch!

He is quick, efficient, careful and trustworthy. He inspected my home when he first came out to make sure everything was connected properly.

First they removed two fluorescent lights that were already installed in the house. I have dry eyes, and I wanted the fluorescent lights removed. The light is a large pendant with hanging parts. I had six lights installed in that place. They did two things for the price. They did an excellent job. The prices are a little high, I paid about $3000, that was just for the light and installing it. It took 3 guys, the light weighed almost 400lbs. The owner came out first to do the estimate. Once the work was finished the owner came back out to pay a visit to the house! I'm very pleased. I believe you get what you pay for, and this is gorgeous. They do everything!

I have used ABove & Beyond twice in the past few years and they have done great work both times. The most recent work was to install a recessed light fixture in my kitchen and to install an RV plug in my garage for my electric car service equipment. The first time I used them was to add a 120 outlet to my kitchen for a new gas stove. They were prompt, professional and did great work. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. Also, this review was for work at my previous home.

Great work. The work was done quickly and very well.

We had some issues with some wiring for the sprinkler. I also wanted a heaver amp service in one of my kitchen sockets. Above and Beyond found a code issue with the original sprinkler wiring and brought the house back to code. They also replaced an attic fan with one which controls the heat and moister in the attic. This was their second trip to the house, I called them to do more since they do good work.

From the moment we called Above & Beyond, the wonderful and pleasant lady who answered the phone was outstanding to work with-and could not have been more accommodating. I believe the gentleman that came to install our ceiling fan was named Luke, he was very polite and efficient and did an outstanding job. In a bit of a role reversal-I was at work and my husband works nights-so he stayed up and waited on the electrician. The fan we had was so outdated and didn't work anymore, we're pretty sure it was installed when the house was originally built-with a vaulted ceiling of 19ft or so, we were kind of stumped as to how to get up there to take the fan down, we didn't have a ladder long enough to get the job done. I wasn't quite sure I wanted my husband doing it since it has a 48" long downrod and heights aren't exactly his thing. My husband was very pleased with the young man that came to the house and the work that he did. I think when it comes to anything electrical it's always best to go with an expert. Thanks Above & Beyond! Even though it was something that was probably simple, you guys made it seamless and it was very affordable!

Cold call to company based on recommendation from crew looking at furnace and stating the problem was electrical. Promptly showed up and went right to work?based on improper installation(extension cord used) for water heater energy source(fan motor). Told them about some outlets?diagnosed the problem and quoted a price. Told them to fix it and they proceeded to quickly fix and describe the work being performed. Very professional thoughout. Sent a hand written thank you note!!! for the business?outstanding.

I noticed that a series of outlets were not "hot". The series contained one GFCI outlet that would not reset. When calling I was informed of the fixed "service call" fee ($89) and we setup a time. They called before coming out and arrived on time. As it turned out, the GFCI outlet was bad and needed replacing. They checked all the other outlets to insure they were good. They gave me a price to replace the outlet and install a cover on one of my outdoor outlets. All work was done very quickly and professionally.

A breaker started having problems the day we were moving out so we called them. They were able to schedule a visit within a week and even called us the next day when they had a cancellation. We had difficulty with our realtor so we weren't able to get the house opened for them the next day and we kept our original apt. They sent a service guy out with the key box code our realtor gave us, but it didn't work. He called my realtor (number on sign) and waited 30mins for a call back. They were very gracious about fitting us into the schedule again the next day and also called my realtor. Their technician still couldn't get in the next day. I was fully expecting them to say they wouldn't send anyone out unless a person could be there to let them in, but they went out again on the third day with a new code that I insisted on from my realtor - it worked! We had done a few things with our plugs before moving out and I had it narrowed down to where I thought the problem was, but I was shocked to hear that they found a faulty wire in the attic which had even made burn marks on the wood and thankfully had not caught the insulation on fire. They quickly fixed the problem. I was very concerned that they were going to charge a service fee for each trip they made to the house, but they didn't. Their price was much lower than we were expecting. Their secretary was super sweet and helpful during the whole process. She answered or called me back quickly. I would strongly recommend them!

Extremely knowledgable, professional, and prompt. Price was seemingly on the high end. That's my only complaint.

Above and Beyond did a great job. They were responsive and arrived on time. They ran the outside outlets and made it where I can turn them on or off when they are not in use. They were good at explaining their work and they were very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that when they came in the house they didn't track in any dirt. The work they did was done very well and I have no concerns with any of the services they performed.
