They fixed the problem in about 15 minutes.

They explained that I could easily avoid a service call and cost of a new lockset if I could just remove the lockset and bring it to them because these locksets last forever. WIth some online instruction, I was able to remove it, take it to them for a simple repair, and reinstall it myself in just a few hours.

It was a last minute call, and he made me his first stop on a saturday. I had just moved in, and locked myslef out, and I really needed to change all the locks. He was superfast, and very professional.

Darwin, the Technician, arrived timely and listened to the scope of work required. Assessed my request, provided pricing, and carried out work as requested. Darwin and I examined the work he'd done, and I acknowledged that I was pleased. All locks installed are still fully functioning with no issues at all. Darwin retreated to his truck, wrote up the invoice, and processed my payment. Darwin was most professional, approachable, and open to questions. I will definitely use AAA Safe and Lock Co., Inc. for all future locksmith needs.

First the dispatcher took the time to listen to my concerns, and sent the technician to the job with all of the parts. As it turns out, my diagnosis of the problem was incorrect, and they did not have to replace the part (although I was completely prepared to do that. After a very quick fix, he told me that I should get my monies worth, and he installed some replacement catches, and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend even if the service charge as 75 dollars.

They did an excellent job. The truck key was $75 and it is usually between $250-275. They have been around in Memphis since I was a boy and I'm 56 years old. I've always used them. It is an excellent family owned company. They do a good job and they are very trustworthy.

They were great. They were very, very professional. There was one problem with one of the locks after he left. The same guy came out right away as soon as I called and fixed it at no charge. The price was fabulous. He even offered to fix an additional lock that I didn't ask him to do and he didn't want to take any additional money for it even though it wasn't part of the original job. I gave him the money anyway and he didn't want to take it. I would definitely use them again.

I called AAA Safe and Lock after reading their reviews on Angie's List. The technician, Justin, was at my daughter's house within 20 minutes of my call. My daughter had locked her garage and could not find the garage door opener. Although there was a lock on the outside of the garage door, Justin explained that the garage door opener motor would prevent manual opening of the garage. He unlocked the manual lock just to be sure, but as he had indicated, the garage door would not budge. He didn't charge us for the service call. I couldn't believe it. I will definitely use this company again. Justin was prompt, courteous, professional, and honest.

They did a good job and they were helpful. I think my mom actually interacted with them at that time more than I did. We were pleased with what they did. One of the keyholes is currently sticking and causing me some issues. They were very responsive and they came when I asked to. They were very professional.

I brought in a car door lock needing a key. On the phone, they quoted me $15.00 which seemed very reasonable. I went to the store (to save some costs) and was really impressed with their store. They have so much key-making equipment! The men were friendly and helped me get my key and a copy made quickly. And the best part? They only charged me $10.00 plus tax for both keys combined! Very impressed and will definitely use them again!

He did a great job replacing 1 deadbolt at my front door. he came on time and finished the job within 15 minutes. Anyway, I didn't realize there was a "service call" charge of $50 besides the new deadbolt $40 + tax. I chose this company because it's close to my house (less than 8 miles away) so I didn't expect to pay $50 for his travel time. It's partly my fault. I should have checked with the company first.

I was just amazed at how well he did. These were the original locks and doors from years ago; 1948 I believe. He was very reasonable in his pricing and everything. He worked a long time and it was just a mess. I am grateful we had it done though, it needed it.
