I am owner absentee owner and trusted AAA Painting to do a good job at a fair price and he pointed out after the painting portion of the job was completed, he called me and pointed out a couple of other things that needed to be taken care of, and did them at a fair price. My tenant said the job was done quickly and completely and paint looks very good. My compliments to AAA Painting and their quick and quality response to my needs.
