+ -1 moreI called them on a Tuesday and no call or anything till the next Monday at 830 am asking if I could meet them at my house right then. When I said I couldn't leave work he seemed put off and said he would have to reschedule. If I WAS scheduled I didn't know about it.
Description of Work: Called for frozen water pipe damage.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreI called Chem Clean on both occasions, and they returned my call that day. The cleaners were on time for the appointment. They were very courteous and friendly to me. They removed the stains both times they came and shampooed the carpet quite clean. They left me no cleanup when they were finished. I did not compare prices either time that I used them.
Description of Work: Chem Clean came out on two separate occasions to clean a twenty by twenty carpet for me. Both times the carpet was quite stained from daily wear and tear.
