Description of Work: I called for and estimate on roofing repair (I had the shingles already), door replacement, and some water damaged wood repair. Ryan Rogers came out, noted what needed to be done, and said he would send one of his men out to estimate labor charges and give me a call in a few days with the estimate. He said he thought it would probably run me about $2000, but he would give me the breakdown with an accurate estimate after his man had seen it. Two weeks later, I called Mr. Rogers and asked for the figures on the estimate. He said he had not finished it yet and would call me back. That call never came. I left several messages requesting a callback - no response. Finally, about six weeks later, he answered the phone and said it was going to be a lot more than he thought I would want to spend, so he didn't call me back. I asked him for a breakdown of the estimate and he said he didn't have it. When I pressed him for a figure, he seemed irritated and said would be over $10,000. Then, I asked him to mail me the estimate and he said he had not completed it and he would mail it to me when finished. I never heard back from him.

Description of Work: I contacted the office to req an estimate for vinyl siding the last week of JUN. My info was taken w the assurance that I would be contacted. 3 days later I was contacted by B. R. and an appointment was set up. Several days later he showed up and took a quick overall look and stated that he would get in touch w one of his installers and have him contact me and come by to give an estimate. It is now 3 AUG and have not heard from A to Z, B. R., nor his installer. I gave an overall rating of 'D' because someone did contact me initially. Likewise for Responsiveness and Punctuality. Professionalism was rated 'F' for the obvious reason. Not Professional in the least bit Finally received call from B.R. indicating he had gotten quite busy and wanted to know if I was still interested in the siding work. I mentioned that I had contaced some one else and that the work had been completed by them. From this experience, I can not recommend A to Z.

Description of Work: Proposal provided and rejected because cost estmate not sufficiently competitive.
