Over all a good job

Brian with A to Z was very quick to come out and review what needed to be done. Very professional and courteous. An estimate was done on site. I had two choices, they could repair all of the work and paint for $1100 or just do the work and I would paint for $850. Although there wasnt that much painting to be done and I think the $250 seemed a little high, it was worth it for them to do all of the work. On the other hand I got an estimate from another company for $1600 so in hindsight they were very competitively priced. Once I approved the bid, they had a little hicup getting started. They fired the person who was suppose to work on my house so there was a two day delay in getting started. However, once they did start, they completed everything in less than 1 day. Everything was cleaned. There was no evidence they were there. Their main business is gutter repair. I dont know about that service, but their general contracting work was fine. I would recommend them.

Initially requested estimate for cleaning. Very professional on the phone and showed up on time for estimate. Decided on getting gutter protection system after talking with very helpful salesman. Installer crew was very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied with product and install. Looks great and works very good. This was not the lowest price estimate but they have a great warranty that is transferable.

They came and did the initial estimate in a timely manner. We had another estimate done by another company and called A to Z to come out and discuss the original estimate because they had not included some important items identified by the 2nd company. They came out and still did not include the other items on the estimate - which left their estimate much lower, but artificially so because it was not a complete estimate.

Everything went excellent. The work was very good. This company wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive that I looked at. They hauled away all of the debris with their own truck and I think that was very professional of them. They were responsive to my initial call.

Whenever it rained, water dripped down the pipe in roof into the attic, and dripped onto the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom. It took them a few days to respond, but they were very apologetic because they had phone problems. The person calling was using her personal phone to contact customers. I was very impressed. It took a few calls back and forth to set the appointment but once we did, all went smoothly. After the gentlemen came out to do the estimate we set a date. He did let us know that if it rained, we would have to reschedule. Unfortunately, it rained so they were unable to do the work. The company left a voice message few days later saying they would be working on our home that day. When we came home from work, the job had been completed.

After finding the leak in my attic I called A to Z to repair the leak. They were at my home the next day and found several areas around the vent that needed tar to secure around the vent and a nail head. They were very professional and if I ever need a total roof replacement, I certainly will call on them.

There was a slight delay getting the job started,however once they got started, they did an excellent job. They started late afternoon one day and worked 'til dark. Then, they returned early the next morning and worked until the job was done. They left the property very clean. I was very pleased with the work and they charged a very reasonable amount for the work done.

During a recent storm, a portion of a tree fell on our roof and damaged several feet of the gutters. The tree company managed to damage several more feet of gutter and our Gutter Helmet system. A to Z came out the same day we called and provided an estimate for the repairs. The representative was very professional and personable. The work was scheduled and the crew showed up right on time. The work was completed quickly and professionally.

They did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable to. I do not have much to say besides they did really good and I am satisfied. They were very nice and seemed to be very professional to. Everything had gone just fine.
