His prices are very good and affordable. He does very good work. I highly recommend him all the time. I feel that he's a good Christian man.

He is a really good man. Great buisness ethics and Christian morals. He is as honest as the day is long. His prices are very reasonable and he is true to his word. I will definetly use him again and I refer him to everyone.

I got two copies of several keys. One of the keys didn't work, I brought it back, and they recut them. A-1 told me to call if they didn't work, that he would come by to figure it out: "We stand behind our work". He came by, and within minutes has figured out the problem--he was able to picture the pins in the lock by feel. He was able to reshape the key while standing there, and they work properly. In addition, he had kept the previous keys, and brought them as well. He refused payment, saying "We stand behind our work." Compare that to a big-box store, which would have simply refunded my money, but not fixed the problem. True master's of their profession are few and far between. Steven is one of them, and has my business going forward.

My realtor had used this company before and it is about a mile away; so he thought it would be a good choice. My realtor made three appointments (only on of which I was there for). No one ever showed up, no explanation, no apology.

I asked them to re-key three locks in my home and they said they were to busy to come out. I called back later that afternoon and asked to speak with the owner to schedule an appointment (within the next week to come visit my home). The owner never returned my call even though I had used this company several times previously.

A1 Key Shop did a good job of re-keying and installing deadbolts. Their professionalism was a bit lacking in the man who that came to do the work. He was not very tidy with what he was doing, and I did have a lot of cleanup to do when he left. They were quite late at returning my call. It took them all day to call back. But all in all, they did what I needed done and their prices are quite comparable to other locksmiths. They also do house calls.

I had trouble with a lock on one of my doors and since I had to call them out, I had them take a look at another door that would not close properly. The guy got them both fixed up in about a half an hour and I thought their rates were real reasonable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and I have recommended them to other people that I know. I wouldn t use another locksmith around here if I can help it.
