Description of Work: Inspected hvac system on my home this spring. Very willing to work with my schedule and met me on time. Preformed the work satisfactory manner. Would use in the future and recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreThey were extremely friendly from answering the phone to the actual service. I called and they were ready to come the next day but I scheduled them for a day that I had off. They called that morning to confirm the appointment and even called 5 minutes before the scheduled time to say they were running 5 minutes late! They were extremely professional in all regards. They spent a good 35-50 minutes looking at my unit, testing everything, and even fixing the thermostat! They discovered two minor problems with the unit and fixed it up quick. They recommended a service schedule (not a plan!) and told me to call them right before it started to get really hot out so that they could do a good once-over on the A/C unit. I truly believe they will not overcharge me for services and parts I do not need.
Description of Work: I called them to do a service check on my heat pump and condenser. It was not functioning optimally.
