TAYLOR HEATING & AIR COND

HAD PROBLEMS WITH UNIT LEAKING FREON RIGHT BEFORE THE END OF WARRANTY, TAYLOR SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH UNIT. HAD 2 OTHER COMPANIES CHECK IT AND FILL FREON 3 TIMES BEFORE I ENDED UP REPLACING UNIT AFTER ONLY 5 YEARS.

They came to install a central heat & air unit in my home. Not only did they do a poor job, used poor equipment, made a mess, & never came back to install an extra vent as promised, but they also tore a huge hole in my dining room wall below my fuse box. They done a poor job patching it, & did not put my chair rail, etc back up correctly plus I had to pay to have my entire dining room repainted because of it. The unit they installed has never worked correctly nor has the inside control panel, & its been about 5 1/2 years now & the air barely works at all, I have to use wall air-conditioners & fans to stay cool. The unit isnt even properly attatched to my home, there is about a 4 inch gap between it & the house where all kinds of things can go threw. There are also visible wires sticking out of the top of it. It has been a horrible experience. I will never use them again.When people ask me who I recommend, I tell them anyone but Taylors.
