Lee Roofing

A ROOFING COMPANY THAT CAN'T PROPERLY FLASH A CHIMNEY OR COMMUNICATE I had (and now still have) a leaking chimney. Lee Roofing show up and seemed great at first -like most contractors do. A small crew showed up with the owner Richard Lee. Richard told me they found the problem and repaired it in a couple of hours. A week or so later it rained again and water came in just as before. I called Lee Roofing to let them know and Richard said they would be back out and re-flash the whole chimney (vinyl siding chimney) this should have been done the first time. They finally show up 3 weeks later and was there for 20 minutes. One employee said it was just needing some caulk and it is good to go now. A couple of days later it rained and water came in exactly as before. I have been calling and leaving Richard several messages over the last 2 weeks with no response. When he told me it was fixed the first time, I went ahead and had the interior wall and ceiling repaired. Now that work is ruined and will cost me several hundred more dollars. This was the absolute worst experience I have had with a contractor of any kind.

The roofing company showed up early morning there was approx. 5 men plus the owner Mr Lee. They cover the ground around the house with traps removed outdoor furniture and began tearing off the old shingles - 2 workers worked on the ground cleaning and getting supplies for the roofers. They put the metal roof on so quickly I was amazed on how they worked so well together. I was impressed that I never heard any unkind words from anyone. When job was completed Mr. Lee asked me if all look good inform that if there was any problems to please let him know. Gave me an invoice and his business card. I have had no problem with my new roof or the great job they did. Thank You Lee Roofing

The owner was very available. He had his crew here working, but he was here checking on them frequently. He was honest and wasn't playing any games trying to do anything under the table. I really liked him. I would use this provider again.
