She did not wash floors in the bathroom, laundry room or kitchen nor did she vacuum the 8 stairs going upstairs saying she did. It have correct attachments for her vacuum and she considers it deep cleaning to do carpeted stairs. She was willing to come back out in several hours and use my vacuum (which she moved to sweep behind) but I was at work and unable to get the doors unlocked for her convienence

Hi [Member Name Removed], I’m sorry you were dissatisfied with the services. I just want to make things clear, every side has 2 stories. With that being said, you are correct we don’t normally vacuum stairs unless asked to do so. We cleaned twice before this time and nothing was ever said about cleaning stairs. I can provide text messages where you were pleased with the cleaning. Secondly, we always mop all floors. Your home needs quite a bit of cleaning in order to get it to the cleanliness that it needs to be. There was also someone home when we mopped floors and dogs present. Thanks!
