Cochran's Floors & More

I don't see how it could have been any better! Mr. Cochran and his peolpe were very professional and courteous! Showed up when they were supposed to, and cleaned up the work area every day when finished! It seems like it is harder and harder to fine quality people to do quality work! But that is exactly what Cochran's Floors and More are! I guess the number one question to be asked is. Would you have them do work for you again! I can answer that with a very definitely YES! In fact my wife and I are already planning to add a sunroom on to our house and we will definitley be using Cochran's Floors and More!

They were initially difficult to reach, but later explained they were having phone issues. They arrived promptly at time estimated and completed the job in a timely manner. They removed the old carpeting, moved the furniture and put pads on furniture all for about the same price as Lowe's. Their job was far more professional. I even had a problem where the room's shoe rail was not going to match the one in the doorway and they made it match.

WENT GREAT WHEN HE GOT THE JOB AND WAS VERY TIMELY AND COURTEOUS WHEN INSTALLING THE FLOOR. HOWEVER, HE TOLD US THAT HE WOULD COME BACK ADN INSTALL A NEW THRESHOLD WE PURCHASED BUT AFTER ABOUT 4 PHONE CALLS AND OVER A MONTH, HE NEVER SHOWED EVEN THOUGH HE SAID THAT HE HAD NOT FORGOTTEN US. THEN THE GROUT STARTED COMING APART BETWEEN THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM CARPET AND WE FOUND A HOLE IN THE GROUT IN THE MUD ROOM. HE WAS ADVISED ABOUT THIS ON THE LAST PHOME CALL TO HIM A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO. APPEARS THAT ONCE HE HAS THE MONEY, HE DOES NOT WANT TO HONOR HIS WORK AND CORRECT PROBLEMS.
