Wyrick Roofing exceeded our expectations. The owner was prompt with his appointment for the estimate. He was professional and gave an accurate estimate of costs. He did not add any additional charges once the work was done. His crew was on time as promised, worked quickly and finished ahead of schedule. We are extremely pleased with the job well done. We have recommended them to a friend, who hired them to do their roof also.

Horrible. Same problems as other poor reviews. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS They also destroyed perfectly good gutters that were not being replaced. Nothing has been fixed satisfactory

Within a month, we had a leak. I called him and rather than fixing it correctly, he simply patched the roof. Two years later it started leaking again (or maybe it was never fixed) and stained the roof in the living room and buckled the drywall tape. I've been calling him now for 3 months and he promises he will come look at it. We've setup a few appointments and then he never shows up. I called him once when he was late and he told me he was leaving right then and would be at my house within 20 minutes but never showed up. Not only is his work of poor quality, he doesn't stand behind his work and won't show up when he says he will. Avoid him unless you want a leaky roof with no chance of him fixing.

The things they did wrong during the installation: 1. Was supposed to take off the old roof before installing the new metal roof, but did not remove it (which was in original contract). 2. After the job was completed, I had significant leaking that caused me to have to replace ceilings inside my home. 3. When they were installing the roof, they walked all over the metal and dented the brand new installed roof. 4. The metal was not properly cut to length leaving gaps at the edges of the roof. 5. They did not clean up the small metal pieces, nails, or any trash after completion of work. 7. They did not install any closures to the metal roof system. 8. When Danny (the owner) collected the final check prior to the work being done he said he would come back out to talk about any issues. He became unresponsive to me when I attempted to contact him with concerns after that point. 9. Do not be deceived by his friendly country charm. After a full year of trying to contact him about my concerns, I took him to court and won a judgment from him and have yet to receive payment.

.The person we dealt with was very good. The biggest complaint we have about the product is yet to be found. We purchased our own roofing, but putting it on and the workmanship, we don’t know about yet because leaks don’t spring up unit later. One thing they did not do right and that is they did not clean up the nails and it was almost dark. They were supposed to clean up the nails with a magnet, but they did not clean up the nails and we got a flat tire. That was the only complaint. They were right on top of it and were here when they said they would us back. They came right when they said they would and came earlier than when they said they would. That was a good experience after having a bad experience with another company. I spent $5500 on that service and that does not include the roofing material.

Fast and east. No problems

Wyrick roofing was recommended to us by a family member. They are priced much lower than most other roofers, especially during this time after the big storm when everyone's price seem to have raised. We were originally told it would be a few weeks. They were backed up due to storm damage like everyone else. Then they worked it out where they could fit us in since they were working on a house right next to our neighborhood. They had most of the roof done in one day. Since we were worked in so quickly we did have to wait a day or two for them to finish the other things...ridge vent, etc. The only issue we had was that the piece of decking did not get replaced when it was suppose to. Turned out there was some miscommunication with the crew, but it was taken care of very quickly. In the end the roof looked great, they had fixed our ridge vent and made it the size that it was actually suppose to be, and made our flashing match everthing else. They even went the extra mile and painted the pipes that stick up out of the roof so it would blend in with everything else. We had not even thought about that. The end product was amazing and they were so nice....especially Elvin (the guy who does the estimates and follows up on the job). I probably drove him crazy calling him to ask him a question 5 times a day, but he never acted irritated and never avoided my call. Over all it was a very good experience.

I found this company through Angie's List. On the day I called someone was out that afternoon to give me an estimate. I was told it might be 2 weeks before they could get to it but it was only 10 days. On that date supplies were delivered at 7:45AM. The roofers arrived at 8:15AM and the roof was completed that day by 6:15PM. They returned the next day for clean up and to pick up the check. The boss, Danny Wyrick, had never heard of Angie's List so I was happy to share that information with him. And I'll be happy to recommend his company. It was a painless process.

This company did an awesome job and made sure to clean up everything that came off of the old roof. They even had a special crew to do it for them. They were a great company that really takes their time to make the roof look good and has a great guarantee. I would recommend this company because of their dedication to their customers and the way that they are so honest in their work.

The company made sure to answer all of my questions and go threw all of the different types of material that was needed to complete the job. I was pleased with the service and I would recommend this company to anyone. I would say that this company did a great job and I am very pleased with the service that they provided.
