Chittum's Tree Service

I had looked on Angie's list for a tree removal service and called one of the best rated removal services listed. Unfortunately I didn't have the money for removing just one of my two dying maple trees. I planned on saving up to have them removed. Today I was in my yard when this young man, Mitchell Chittum, came by. He was just starting his own tree removal business after working in the trade with his family for many years. In speaking with him I just had a feeling there was something special about him. He offered to take both my trees down, haul the wood away and clean up the site for $500. I decided to take a chance (something I wouldn't normally do but I sensed something good about him). He was incredible in his work; obviously very experienced. There were small structures in the way but he professionally brought down the trees without coming anywhere near the structures. The work to bring these two 100 foot trees down and totally removed took about 5 hours. I recommend his work if you have trees that need to come down. I don't have any experience with his work if the tree is next to a house but he stated he has done them before.
