Mr. David Brakebill (owner) and his supervisor, Brad have worked with us throughout the entire process, always explaining every step of the way. Before any job was performed, the explanation came first. They were so wonderful in helping out with any pool/paver needs. We were truly new to all of this, but with David help, it was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. One can understand that contractors sometimes do not say what they are going to do, but DMC OUTDOOR LIVING COMPANY proves that to be wrong. Travis contacted us the following week as promised to advise where we were in the work queue. Crew arrived promptly on scheduled day and completed the work in one day. Work done: Trimmed 4 trees of varying sizes, removed 3 trees, ground 4 stumps. Removed all debris. I was at home so Travis had me come out and check progress periodically, especially when trimming the large trees by the house, to be sure they were doing what we wanted and keeping the health and overall appearance of the trees in mind. Professional, thorough crew. We only had trees done but they left yard cleaner at end of day than when they arrived. Price was fair. Wouldn't hestitate to use again and recommend to others."
