+ -1 moreI spoke with Joe Story about coming to my home in Louisville to give me a quote on a new driveway. He agreed to meet me the next day. He never showed up or had the common curtesy to call to say he could not make the meeting.

+ 0 moreI called the Tuesday before Thanksgiving to request an estimate for a driveway repair job. The call was answered and I was told they would come out to give me an estimate the following day. They never called, nor did they come to complete the estimate. I called the following Monday to make sure they were still planning to complete the estimate and was told they would be out either Tuesday or Wednesday. It is now two weeks from the original phone call and I have not heard from them nor have them come out to give me an estimate.
Description of Work: Answered my phone call to request an estimate and never came.

+ 0 moreIt was good. He was very good, very prompt and immediately gave me an estimate and showed up when he said he was going to. He gave me a schedule which means he was very busy at the time and he did both jobs pretty much within that week.
Description of Work: They put my foundation for my house and my driveway and sidewalk.

Description of Work: Story Concrete replaced a gravel driveway with concrete. There were 2 sidewalks poured,also. There are 2 drains that come off the roof. This created a continuous wet area in the yard. Had to pay someone else to dig under the walk & install a pipe under walkway, it should have been done before walk was paved. Also at roadway the driveway was so narrow it was almost impossible to turn-in. Mr. Story agreed to widen it but it took numerous phone calls to get this fixed. The way it was repaired was not the way I requested & it has already began crumbling. The drain pipe that ran along side of the garage was left on top of the ground. Had to pay someone else to bury this pipe. The driveway was supposed to be level with the ground & it wasn't. Had to pay someone to bring in loads of soil to bring ground up to driveway. Over-all it has been a disappointing & frustrating experience. Would never use this company again.

+ -1 moreSteel buildings must have bolts in exactly the correct location within 1/8 inch every location a steel support member will be bolted to the floor. With a large building as this I was very worried that they wouldn't be set correctly. Turns out every one of them were dead nuts on. The installers even commented on the quality of the pour. Joe is very fast and accurate.
Description of Work: Joe and crew poured the slab for my rather large all steel storage building.

Description of Work: Poured and finished approx 19 yards of concrete slaps that I formed. Services included labor, material, & concrete pump rental.

+ -1 moreEight to ten guys showed up to do this job, which turned out to be done in two days. They were very cautious during the entire project and they did a great job on the driveway. They cleaned up excellent as well.
Description of Work: They poured a driveway and car port combined area which was 150 feet by 25 feet.
