Description of Work: I left two messages, and even though they had serviced the ac unit before, they didn't return the call. Considering the fact that their contractor shorted out the system a year earlier, it was just as well that they didn't call back! The home serviced was in East Tennessee.

 + -1 moreThey quoted and won the work bidding the exact same Trane equipment. Quick and complete installation. A little trouble delivering the paper work for the warranty, but did; the unit is running very well. Good local people.
Description of Work: Furnished and installed new 2 ton gas package unit with pad, thermostat and electrical disconnect.

 + -1 moreThe company first sent a rep out to survey the area in how it would be installed. The contractors were here a day later to get busy. They showed up on time. The unit they installed was a low energy and good quality unit. We were very satisfied with their work. They gave me a 10 year warranty on the unit.
Description of Work: They installed a 2 ton heating and air conditioning unit on my split level home. They hauled the old unit away for me.
