He did a good job. We just found someone that worked out better for us.

Generally very well. Often the yard was mowed at times it really didn't need to be. It generally appears it is serviced when the crews are operating in this part of town as opposed to when they really need to be. Mark is generally very responsive to requests for special services such as the time I needed him to clear a bunch of vines that were causing a problem with the A/C unit. He came out very promptly. Mark can be extremely gruff in his communication with customers which can be rather off-putting. You have to get past that to see what type of job he actually does. Also, I have had some issues with the billing, which could just be a misunderstanding on my part. The timing of his billing is rather confusing and services seem to overlap. I have recently had other vendors come by and provide quotes less than Mark's but whether or not the quality of their services would be as good remains an unknown.

He has not raised prices and will not mow yard if it doesn't need it I plan on using him for my landscaping because he is so reasonable. The only area that I did not give an A rating was on responsiveness and punctuality. He is so busy and has such a large customer list that sometimes he may be late arriving. The good work and pricing is worth the wait. Exercise a little patience and you will be well rewarded.
