Description of Work: My husband and I were looking for a place to rent in Maryville TN while we familiarized ourselves with the area and looked for something to buy. We told Realty Executives about this and asked for their help in finding a rental. They dropped us like a hot potatoe. I ended up finding someplace to rent on the internet and I of course I will not purchase any property from these realtors let alone have them help me locate a property to purchase. According to what I read, realtors are supposed to at least pretend to try to assist people in finding homes. The plain truth is that too many are useless parasites.

+ -1 moreDebra is extremely efficient and advertised the property on her Daily Times full Sunday page regularly. Her photographer took top notch photos that displayed the property at its best. She also prepared a nice ring binder that contained all pertinent information for prospective buyers to review during a showing. Communication throughout with Debra and her staff was excellent, and the closing was a breeze. All of the effort and attention to small details added up to a quick sale for me, and I highly recommend Debra Whaley at Realty Executives!
Description of Work: I listed my Maryville condo with Debra Whaley the first week of September 2013 and was closed on December 5th.
