Owner is a complete arrogant jerk and acted as if I was not being honest about my issues. I will NEVER buy anything this man builds or owns. I was told he is in with Ed Shore of the "Shore Shack" builder. Actually his father in law. if you want a house that will start to fall apart in a year then this is your builder. Worse than builder grade materials used. There are so many problems that I can't list them all. The toilets leaked and ruined my floor, kitchen floor was scratched from the workers installing the appliances. Dishwasher broke down within 6 months, air conditioner quit working, and the list goes on! Save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere!

Professional company. Floors and walls completed in timely fashion. Although the materials were not as expected. Countertops were first delivered with wrong edge and had to be re-ordered. Took weeks. When installed one end was cut over by about 1 1/2 inches which caused my refrigerator to have a 2" gap between it and the cabinets. The other end was cut short and didn't come to the end of the cabinet causing a gap between countertop and stove (for food and dirt to gather). Both mitered corners, though, at that time were great. Requested a repair of short end next to stove. They came to "repair". Well you can't "repair" it if it's been cut too short! I requested a new piece be cut and installed. Instead the two workers "rigged" it and made it "fit". They pulled the countertop away from the wall and filled in the space (about 1 1/2 inches) with white caulk! They did this to pull the short piece to cover the cabinet. And now the mitered corner is off center. I called for a reinspection. Another man came and accessed that we needed a new piece cut and have it installed. It finally came after about 6 weeks later. Now of course it is not the exact same color because the batch is different. Repairman installs it, but still does not match well as a mitered corner. They also make a hole in the wall above the backsplash. They tell me they can cover that up with a oak wood trim. They do that. You can place your finger between the two pieces of backsplash in the mitered corner. It's not anything that anyone would want in their kitchen. So why put it in mine? It was left unpainted and all the scratches and white caulk left in my walls were never corrected. They brought me a gallon of paint and I guess we have to do the touch up paint and decide if we are going to keep wood trim and stain or paint or rip it out and repair the hole in the wall. All in all, we are still trying to get good results, but it's getting very tiring. We hired them late last year and it's mid July now. And it's still not completed to a satisfactory level. That's especially at a price tag of over $4000,00. My kitchen is 10'x12'. Very, very small kitchen. We are very unhappy with the outcome and the price. We would not recommend or reuse them.
Description of Work: Kitchen floor replacement due to water damage. Kitchen wall painted. New countertops installed.

The person who came to do the estimate was our contact person until the building started. He was professional but was hard to contact and get a response from when questions were asked. The work did not begin until almost a month after the contract stated but the work was finished in a timely manner. PCR actually did not do the work they just oversaw it. We really liked the work that was done. We love the barn door that was built. The few complaints were with the butler pantry. I had stated I wanted a built in wine refrigerator. What I got was a hole where I need to go buy a wine refrigerator and now it does not look built in at all, extremely disappointed in that. They also put lights in the cabinets and were planning to leave wire hanging out of holes without the lights, stating we discussed putting the lights in ourselves, this was never once discussed or mentioned to us. They did end up putting the lights in. They had the subcontractors they hired for the jobs try to put the lights in, luckily the electricians had to come back the next day. They sated the wires were a mess and they had exposed wires touching metal. In the end the barn door looks great and so does the threshold, although we had to remind them to actually do the threshold and ask about it more than once. The cabinets look good but it was such a disappointment for me to have a hole and not an actual built in wine refrigerator. We thought it was so strange no one from PCR ever mentioned dimensions of the hole to us for the space of the wine refrigerator since they were obviously not under the impressions they were doing a built in. The communication was horrendous. They also left two holes in the wall where the wires went for the lights.
Description of Work: PCR was hired to build and place a barn door in dinning room, build cabinets/butler pantry in dining room and place thresh hold between kitchen and hall.

Very pleased with the work. Everything was done better than expected.
Description of Work: Pankratz Construction removed the old hail damaged roof and installed a new one. They promptly gave me an estimate and when I finally decided to have them do the work, they were able to do it within a few days. The workers were polite and kept the grounds outside as clean as possible. There was also some interior ceiling painting done. These workers were also exceptional. I had never had to deal with an insurance company on a claim before and all the employees from this company were very helpful.

.They communication was excellent. The lady that helped with the billing was great. They were very responsive. When they came out and did the job and it didnt take them long at all to finish up the job. They did not cause any damage to my landscaping and they cleaned up after themselves. All the work was done around my schedule I have been very satisfied with the work done. The whole process was very easy and I really enjoyed working with them.
Description of Work: .I had Pankratz Construction to put on a new roof on my house from hail damage that was done.
