 + -1 moreMy experiences have been excellent. They come out monthly, but I pay one fee for the year and I get a special rate. I can choose to pay monthly, but it would cost me more so I just pay once a year. I'm a long term customer. They are always on time and I don't have to call them. If I do have bug issues, they show up. They are responsive, but I've never had any questions and concerns.
Description of Work: I always use Orkin Pest Control. I've had them for years. I live near field and wood so I have the outside treated.

 + -1 moreThey arrived on time as promised. They placed plastic on the floors and stairs leading to the attic. They installed paper rulers on the attic trusses so you could tell how deep the insulation was that was applied. Afterwards they were very neat on their clean up process. Very polite and hard workers.
Description of Work: I had attic insulation installed and have already noticed how much quiter my house is. I expect about a 30 % savings on my utility bills according to the Department of Energy reports for a R-60 rating. This insulation also has a pest control benefit and a fire retardent built into it. The techs were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They were punctual and pleasant to have in my home.
