Orkin - Maryville

The worker, Justin, was snitching but polite, understanding, hilarious, down to earth, and easygoing. He proceeded to perform his job well, even after an exhausting 2 hour drive to get to the location, the house I live in all the way in Sunbright TN. He explained every step and the steps he himself would be leaving to the follow up workers and technicians even. He was a joy to have come work in the house.

The results are okay -- I'm not infested. I like the tech -- he calls beforehand, and he's polite. He's conscious of our dogs and does a thorough job. We really trust him -- he has access to our home when we're not here. His manager is very nice as well.

The technician called the day before to confirm appointment. He arrived punctually and was extremely polite and interacted well with the two dogs in the house. Service was quick, efficient and polite.

We have had pretty good service from the technician. He sprayed the house, shed and motorhome on the outside not interior of the house. We were out of town, snowbirds, and they said they sent their bills and they were returned as "No such address". They did not call us and we were unaware of the problem. My wife had to call them to ask why we weren't getting any bills. They were ready to stop our service. We told them all they had to do was call. They came to our address to service our house and we paid them with a check. Why would you not call and tell us there was a problem? My wife told them we would settle up when we got home. They said they were going to stop our service.we gave them our credit card info over the phone for the services rendered. They decided on there own that they would continue to charge our card. My wife called and stopped that, we do not want reocuring charges on our credit card. They were not the only bills that were returned "No such address" and those people called us. I had to go to our Post Office to correct the problem....

Overall, they have an excellent service. They are great.

I just fired them. They were not very punctual and they didn't resolve the problem. I didn't care to do business with them any longer because of that. I can't sit around here for three or four days waiting for people to get back to me. Their price was probably about the same as everyone else.

I will use them again in the future.

They are good. They're very reliable and their price is good. Their availability is very good. I think their price is good as well. We will use their services again in the future.
