Description of Work: We recently moved to the Maryville area and the old cabin we bought had been vacant for quite some time. On move-in day, two crew from Molly Maids did a thorough job of getting the cabin and guest cottage in liveable condition. I now have one crew coming bi-weekly to maintain these old buildings and they take great care and pride in their work. They are considerate of one another and communicate readily about any areas of concern. Most importantly, I trust these young ladies.

Description of Work: They cleaned our whole house. We have them come out every other week now. We have a 1600 sq. ft home.

Description of Work: A crew of two people cleaned my house--living room, bed room, office, kitchen, bath, hall. They swept, dusted, vacuumed, and mopped. They thoroughly cleaned a very dirty refrigerator. The two person crew worked for about 8 hours.

Description of Work: Pros: 1. I can always connect to owner, and she is very good at returning phone calls & address your concerns. 2. There are a couple of good ladies who have strong work ethics & do a great job, and the rest just so-so. Cons: 1. Management issue. I have a new crew almost every time, only one or two familiar faces depending on how many people show up. The result is inconsistence, and I have to repeat myself over and over on what should be done and how should be done. The owner is not happy either b/c she thinks the crews spends more time at my house. The simple truth is if she sends the same crew every time, it will provides the consistence the customer wants and efficiency she would like to have. All translates to a great ROI. Unfortunately b/c of her crew members high turnover rate, the customer service definitely suffers. 2. Inflexible schedule. It's very difficult to re-arrange the schedule once you made the commitment. I can call a month ahead to give the head-up, but it does not guarantee I will have the time I wanted. As the result, I have to skip all together & wait for the next turn. Also, as times goes by, they come late and later. What used to be 9:45 now becomes almost 11:00 or later. When I asked why, the lady said "you never who will show up for work on that day." That should give you a pause. 3. Quality is OK. I used to email them the photos I took of their missing spots, such as cobwebs under the fan or at the corner, or uncleaned microwave, etc.. I even showed the ladies of the thick layers of dust in the bathroom sink tops right after they claimed finishing cleaning. I stopped sending photos. If after 2 yr. cleaning they still do not get it, what's the point? 4. Professionalism. Personality wise, some are more social than the others. However, you be the judge for a cleaning lady constantly takes a phone call or just standing there chit-chat. I don't think it's my job to remind them time is ticking, and I will end up paying the price for the chattering. 5. Price. For the work they offer, I think the price is more than fair for both sides. The owner may not think so, but demanding more to pay the poor quality work is unacceptable.
