Miller's Pressure Cleaning

After a disastrous experience with another company, I contacted Mr. Miller for an estimate. he came out within a few days and gave me a detailed written estimate for all the work that we needed done. When we discussed the front gutter cap, he immediately got down one of his ladders and removed the cap. He examined the gutter and said it didn't need any additional work. He also used a leaf blower and cleaned out any dried leaves in gutter and on our front porch. He refused payment until such time he was done with all of the work, meaning the pressure washing of the side of our house and driveway. He wasn't able to come right back out for the pressure washing but set up a date approximately two weeks later. He arrived promptly in the morning and worked to get all the mold off our home and driveway that was the result of several trees causing shade there. Since the trees were now removed the mold needed cleaning up! He took special care of our wooden steps and then proceeded to do the side of the house, ending with the driveway. The side of the house, steps and driveway look wonderful. He even came back the next day to touch up since several spots on the siding had "weeped" some dirt after cleaning. He applied bleach to our garage door seals and also on an adjoining brick retaining wall. I am extremely please with the work done, his professionalism and cost. I will use his services anytime the house needs any pressure cleaning.
