He promised to do the job and he told us to go ahead and get the roofing and we did. He told us that he would be out around the 15th August and we got good references from him. We kept calling him and he did not respond half the time. When he did answer, which was the last time we contacted him, he said it would be November or December before he could get to us. We thought that we had gotten references beforehand. We were disappointed and so mad about it, so that was why we got onto Angies List. We were really irritated with the fact that he promised that he would do it and then he was going to put us off until November or December and that would have been almost a year, so we decided to get someone else. We were left in a pickle because we had our roofing stored in our basement, which was a very bad experience. His name was Dan Martin and since he was the first one to come out and give us an estimate we thought that maybe he estimated it too low and then he decided that he did not want to do it and did not want to tell us. We had hail damage and lot of companies went up. About a month or so after he gave us the estimate he told us to go ahead and get our roofing because he said that the roofing might go up and also that it would be here when he needed it. The roofing material was not included in the quote he gave us. He did respond, but his phone was so full that it could not even take anymore messages. It was a disaster in our area, but we feel that he should have given priority to the people he contacted and gave quotes to, but he did not give us any priority and left us hanging. We would just like other people to know what sort of character he had because we felt that was very irresponsible. If he did us that way, he would do others that way too and that’s what we thought.

This company did a wonderful job. They came out right after our service call to give us an estimate and then set up an appointment to do the work. They came when they were scheduled and worked very hard to get our roof done.
