 + -1 moreGreat visit. I had him review the installation performed by another company. I wanted a second opinion on the installed gas system and input on it's maintenance. He pointed out an installation problem with the starter and the fact that a cut-off hadn't been installed at the gas service. He provided tips on maintaining the log. I had him install the cut-off - which he promptly performed. I had the original installer fix the starter installation problem.
Description of Work: inspected my gas log installation. He installed a gas source cut-off valve.

 + 0 moreWe would hire him in a minute. He saved us a lot of money. He could have made money off of us for nothing. I will tell our friends how honest he is. Mr. Spranger is a very nice man. Thank you again Mr. Spranger.
Description of Work: Mr. Larry Spranger is the best of the best. I called him Friday with a problem with our gas fireplace. It kept shutting off. We had previously had Pro Tech out twice to fix the problem. They supposedly cleaned the fireplace but it still kept shutting off. The last man that came out said the only thing he could think of was it needed a new part that would cost approx. $140.00. He said if it was him he would just re-light it till it became too annoying and then call them back to have the new part put in. It cost us $79.00 for the 1st service call nothing for the second call. I called L.E.S Enterprises because I was not satisfied with the answer. I talked to Mr. Spranger and he said before he came out to have my husband get a can of compressed air and clean the pilot light and the burner. He said this will probably work. He said if it didn't to call back and he would be glad to come out. This did the job.

 + 0 moreMr. Spranger was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable in his field. I have 3 cabins in Townsend and he was kind enough to take a look at all three even though the work order was for just one. He gave me valuable advice as well as performed the work needed on the one cabin. It was a very pleasant experience. I gave him a good rating on the price instead of excellent but it should be noted that I have never needed the type of service he provided. I feel sure his prices are fair. I really am not informed enough to be sure.
Description of Work: Cleaned and re-positioned gas logs.Checked operation and safety. Installed cut off valve.

 + -1 moreThe guy's name is Larry Spranger. I have had several experiences with him. He hooks up natural and propane gas. He is real good. He is really a pro. He knows what he is doing. He showed up on time. He charged what he said he would charge on his estimate. He did a very professional job on the hook-up. It is excellent. He is reliable and professional. I really don't have anything to compare his price to. His responsiveness was excellent.
Description of Work: Les Enterprises hooked up a propane gas generator about a month ago. They also ran a fireplace for me.
