+ -1 moreKerr has an excellent reputation in this area, and we knew they would do a good job. The crew was methodical, and very efficient. They kept our yard as garbage free as they could, and did a complete cleanup after the project was finished. The new roof does not leak, and it looks great. The job was very expensive, but we knew about that before hand.
Description of Work: Kerr Construction Incorporated replaced our roof. The replacement shingles, were standard fiberglass, and the rotten roof decking was also replaced. We have a one story, two thousand square foot home.

+ 0 moreI chose them because they did work on my friend's house and they were happy. They used good materials and my shingles have a 30 year warranty. They really did a complete job by replacing the rafters that were bad and taking care of a rotted chimney instead of just working around it. People said I got a really good price for what all I got. Our roof extends over the garage as well.
Description of Work: I had a new roof installed on my 1700 square foot ranch. They also did a new chimney and replaced a few rotted rafters.
