I called Mr. Waters and asked him to come to my home to do an estimate on some remodeling in my kitchen. It was not a large job; approximately $1,500. He gave me a vebal estimate and we agreed upon the amount and scope of work. He told me to locate and purchase hinges for a door that was included in the work to be performed. He told me he would contact me to let me know when he would be there to start on the work, and that it would be within a few days. It involved sheetrock and he said he would work it in with other jobs he was working on. He said the job would take several days to complete. That was the last time I heard from him. I called himseveral times requesting he call me back, and finally left him a message telling him that it was ok it he didn't want to do the job, but to please call me back and let me know for sure so I could find someone else. He never called me back.
