+ -1 moreSteven was very thorough and genuinely cared about doing a good job. He was punctual and spent extra time at the property. He was also very helpful with advising on what needed to be repaired by the seller and worked wonderfully with our realtor. He sent over immaculately detailed reports so promptly, it was somewhat unbelievable. He made himself available for any questions or concerns and was great at communicating with us. I really can't say enough good things about our experience and would love to work with him again in the future.

+ -1 moreSteve searched every inch of the house he was able to view, He showed the Buyer the places of concerns and explained in detail how to fix or deal with an issue, I would recommend Steve for future home inspections.
Description of Work: Steve went above and beyond than most Inspectors I've seen in the past. His customer service surpasses the rest!
