Description of Work: Residential, weekly garbage pick-up. They provide container on wheels. I've been very pleased in the 4 weeks they've provided service. When the driver forgot my neighbor and I the second week, the owner called both of us to apologize and sent them back the next day to pick-up my garbage. When I forgot to take my container to the road the next week, they came up the driveway to get my container. My container is always replaced right where I put it. My previous garbage pick-up company had begun to leave the container in the middle of the driveway and/or partially in the main road, thus causing a hazardous situation.

Description of Work: We singed up for weekly garbage pickup and also their recycling service. So far they have been great. Two things sold us on them. One was the recycling and the other was they will pick up extra lawn trash for a nominal fee.

Description of Work: I've been using Heaton's Garbage Service for over 10 years have been very satisfied with their performance. They are reliable to pick up trash on the same day each week. Recently, I added their new recycling service, which is highly convenient.

Description of Work: I have used Heaton's Garbage Collection for years. They are always prompt and quick doing the job. They usually pick up anything left with the trash, within reason. Such as boxes and other debris. I wouldn't put large furniture or a mattress out! There is usually a yearly increase of $1 year to cover the increase in running the business. But it's worth it for the trash the be taken away and forgotten about. $60 a quarter cost.

 + -1 moreWe were introduced to Heaton's Garbage Service through our neighbor who used them for years. When you live in the country you have two choices for your trash. Take it to the city and drop it in a dumpster (risking a fine if you get caught), or using a garbage service like Heatons. They are prompt, reliable and go out of their way to make sure you're happy with their service. A couple of things stand out: We kept our trash on the side of the house and on trash day we had to move it to the top of the driveway. On many days I would forget to move the trash and the gentleman would walk to the trash cans, empty them, and leave them at the top of the drive. He didn't have to do that, he could have just driven off without emptying them but he went out of his way to make us happy. When a holiday or some event like snow prevented them from picking up the trash they would give us a call and let us know when they would be there. They are a great group of people and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
