Bryan and Jeffrey were professional, skilled, polite, and left no detail of the job undone. Not having water to the house was an emergency since we were caring for a very ill and elderly parent. They made our emergency their emergency and worked diligently to restore our water service. Great service and great people to work with.

they completely tore up our fencing, and didn't replace it, tore up all our front yard grass and all the side of the house grass too, they used bull dozer and guy operating it made a huge mess and kept slamming bull dozer on to the side of our house. they replaced the out side sewage line, and were also hired to do all the plumbing under the kitchen sink replace all the Pvc pipes, which they didn't. we had a leak, and everything they claimed was replaced was not, looked like they tightened it, and started leaking all over under the sink was flooded with water, I called them after they assured us all their work was guaranteed and the owner was very rude and unprofessional, he said the job under the sink was done as a professional curtesy, we were originally quoted $1,999,00 to do all the job including all new replacing of the pvc plumbing under the kitchen sink, and all the outside sewer line and toilet was over flowing, they said that would also be included in that price they quoted us.. well when they so called finished the job, they charged us $6,000.00. claiming the job was more than expected, and that's because they didn't replace any of the under sink pvc plumbing pipes, and we had severe leaking, had to end up hiring another person to replace the whole thing... and we were also told that we would have to in a few months hire someone with a bull dozer to come use the bulldozer to press all the dirt and cover all the mess and holes they left.. they didn't even replace or fix all the front and side yard fencing we had.. they left the biggest mess I have ever seen.. and their work is not guaranteed, they are thieves and very rude and unprofessional, I will never use them again and will never recommend this plumber company to anyone!!

Everything went very well. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. They came when they said they were going to come. I was just really pleased with it. He charged me an hourly rate and I'm not exactly sure what it was. The job was much more expensive than they thought it was going to be so it went quite over budget but I was not displeased with it. The reason I had him do the whole house was I had a plumbing leak one night, that was about 11:30 at night and he was the only one that returned my call that advertises a 24-hour service and he came out that night.

. My initial call was for no water with the temperature 1 degree. He prioritized my call over those on his schedule for some water and sent Jim here ASAP. After some hours of heating pipes under the mobile home it was decided that the pipes were frozen in the ground due to not burying deep enough and I would have to wait for the ground to thaw. Two days later water started flowing as the weather warmed a bit. Two days later, again no water and Brian came to check the pipes again and said again they were not frozen. Three days go by and still no water, but that morning we discovered that a burst pipe under the house about 1 hour ago since we saw how much water had leaked. A call to Brian and we turned off the water and as soon as possible Jim arrived and replaced the pipes and installed them higher up, off the ground. Ah, water, but only slim flow. Left faucets open as I was advised it might take time, with the cold, to work through. Next morning, no change, and it was decided that the Pressure valve was probably the problem. That was changed the following day and since then, no problems and plenty of water. I found Brian and Jim to be very accommodating, professional and eager to find and fix my water problems. They arrived when they said they would, and that was very appreciated. Although I hope I never need to call them again I have certainly put them on my recommendation list for friends and family.

The service provider was punctual, professional, and efficient in locating and repairing two split water pipes which resulted from freezing in a downstairs kitchen where the pipes in back of the drywall behind the cabinets ran close to the exterior wall. He was carefully to minimize damage to both the cabinets and drywall so that repairs needed would be minimal. He explained what he was doing and why at each step of the process and offered advice on how to prevent frozen pipes in the future.

The experience went very well. The response time was excellent.

He was here when he said he would be and finished in the approximate time he estimated. My only hesitation in giving an excellent over a good is that my husband had to mention a couple of things that needed to be finished or adjusted and had this work been done for me ( if I lived alone) I would not have known that these things needed to be done. I would still recommend this organization because he was easy to work worth and professional and made the adjustments quickly.

It went very well. He was on time, did a good job and most importantly, fixed the problem. He was punctual and ethical. He had great workmanship. We would like to grade him the highest.

While we were out of state on a serious family problem, our neighbor called us to tell us the water company had turned off our water because 58,000 gallons of water had been used and we were not at home to check on the problem. My nieces checked the inside of the house for damage and found none. Since the water had been turned off they didn't know what the problem was so one of them called Bryan at Fred Waston Plumbing. He called us in Ohio, agreed to meet my niece at a certain time to assess if the leak were inside or outside. He determined it was a toilet. He made another appointment to return and repair the problem. He showed up on time and completed the work professionally and for a fair price.
