Foothills Pest Control

Foothills Pest Control is a great company. They really take care of their customers. Tycorn is responsible for treating around our town house. He is quick and effective. We never see any bugs at all in our home. My family and I highly recommend Foothills Pest Control.

The lady that answered the phone ( I can't remember her name) was so pleasant. She was informative and answered all my questions. She even scheduled the appointment that week!! I was surprised, but thankful. It took me a moment to realize that the woman I spoke to on the phone was the same woman that came to my house. She immediately put me at ease and talked with me the whole time she was there. Most people just come in and get the job done. Most will answer your questions, but don't go above and beyond like she did. They will be coming out monthly for the next few months, I really pray that its the same person each time! I would highly recommend them to anyone! It was a job well done!

Tiffany was here the next day, took care of the problem and also took care of a nest in yard that we asked her about...She was very informative. Work is also guaranteed.

Visit went well. Arrived on time, inspected home for other possible problems as well, other than the Ant problem. Additionally, he checked back with us 2 weeks later to see if the Ant problem was gone, or did we need a second treatment.

Work was carried out efficiently and so far has been effective. We are on a program of quarterly treatments so this will be an ongoing relationship.

I was told they would follow-up with the initial visit after two weeks. They never came back. I followed up over a month later to check and they gave no reason or apology. They never came out for the follow-up. Called about my quarterly service, they set a date and I never saw them and never received a call.

I have been using him for a long time. I have used him at three different residency's. He's thorough and professional. I've used them for at least 15 years. I will continue to use them as long as I need them and he is around.

The overall experience with Foothills Pest Control was good. I would like to use them again.

The people always call me ahead of time to make sure that I am in the house. They work with my schedule. When they do show up, they are very nice and friendly. They do their job. They even go under the house. They take care of the crawlspace as well. They do a very good job.
