They made an appt for the next day and showed up on time, after calling to let me know the tech was on his way. He was very professional and advised of the needed repairs (compressor died on upstairs HP). They advised when the replacement would arrive and called the day before to schedule its installation. Again, showed up on time and were very professional. I will use them consistently in the future.

They determined the unit was low on freon, and that there was also a blockage in the system. They cleared the blockage and refilled the freon. They were very friendly and prompt. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used them, and I would definitely use them again.

They've done very well. Good company. I have used them several times. They respond quickly if there is a problem and their price is always reasonable. I feel they do good work. It had a leak and it was going to cost too much to replace the old unit, so they just replaced the whole system. They had to replace a control board on the outside system. I definitely would use them again.

Foothills was able to come out in the rather narrow timeframe that we gave them. Doug Wilson diagnosed the problem, gave us a firm price, and returned to complete the work earlier than promised. Very professional and nice company to deal with.

A Mr.Wilson came out exactly when he said he would and also the same day I called. He worked quickly and efficiently. My air was back on and blowing cold in no time. The workers were very professional and polite. The job was more involved then initially thought, but they stayed and finished all of the work as promised. The technicians were there until almost 9pm and everything looked and worked great. We appreciate very much that they stayed and finished that night since we were going out of town the next morning. We called this morning because our air conditioner was blowing some air, but not really cooling. Doug came out within 2-3 hours and fixed the problem (a bad capacitor). He was quick and polite, and it wasn't too expensive. What more could I ask for? I would definitely use him again.

I returned home from vacation to find our house no longer had heat. We contacted Jim at Foothills Mechanical for an estimate to replace our old heat pump and air handler. Turns out Jim did some work for friends of ours who recommended the company to us after they found out we were talking with him. Jim took the time to give me all the details about the equipment he was selling and answered all my questions. After we decided which system we wanted they came out and did the install just a few days later. It turns out our previous system was a little small for our home and Jim sold us a correctly sized unit that's a 1/2 ton larger and now our back bedrooms are no longer colder than the rest of the house. We purchased a mid ranged Rheem system and so far we are very happy with it. Will be able to really tell how well its doing once is gets colder outside and then during the summer months, but so far so good. I have already recommended Jim and Foothills Mechanical to a family member and have no problems recommending them to anyone else.

Great. Jim is trustworthy and has fixed several electrical problems for me plus other. He does an excellent job and only does what's necessary or preventive/maintenance care.

My AC was blowing warm air. I called Foothills Mechanical for a service call. The tech showed up exactly on time, he went right to work diagnosing the problem. My unit is about 20 years old, he could have tried to sell me a new unit or tell me I needed an expensive repair but he diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. Fixed the problem immediately and then tested the unit to see if it was working properly. The tech was friendly, courteous and prompt. I highly recommend.

We bought a 3.5 ton unit. It is nice and quiet and cools the house off quickly. They area around the AC was left clean, they put in a new concrete pad.

The whole experience was great. The whole team was prompt and knowledgeable. We love our new system. The price was very reasonable for the energy efficient system.

He came and checked out the system to find the problem that was causing it to come on and shut off quite frequently. he found it was a part called a sequencer and he replaced it and tested the unit to make sure everything was alright. Ho also went above and beyond and repaired some wiring that some one else had messed up when they were repairing it a some point. They are a great company to call for service. I have never be so pleased and thankful with a service like this. i would recommend them to anyone,
