I was involved in a move on 2/13. Besides the unprofessionalism and having no materials whatsoever, including not even a dolly a single blanket or tool, they broke several of my items upon removing from storage a week later. I didn't check on their job until they left due to some unforeseen challenges and trusted them to pack my items in the storage with care. Instead my items were placed all over in storage with several missing and broken items. They also lost the pieces to my queen bed along with my sons twin bed-other pieces were found in random vases or on the floor. I had to purchase another storage lock bc they lost it when I returned as well. In the end, I was harassed via text and calling nonstop to issue them a "tip" and given their cash app names in order to do so. Fast forward a week later-I send damages to the damage claims "email" and then told to call a certain number 866-699-2514 but it actually forwards to a man's cell number starting with 678. I was told 2/20 that it would take 1-2 business days to get back with me. I never received a confirmation email, a number, receipt, nothing. I then call again to the only number I was ever given. Spoke with someone who then said the "department" is only open on Thursday's and fridays. I then get two phone calls from people who claim they are "over different regions" Florida and Georgia-however I'm in Tennessee and waiting to hear from this certain guy Desean of which I still to this day have never heard from. Friday, 2/25-I call this number but still goes a cell number voicemail. I left voicemail and decided to try again since I was told they were open. A guy picks up and says "I have ur number-I'll get back to you. I'm dealing with an emergency right now. Then hangs up. This business from start to finish is fraudulent. Consumers should beware.
