It went excellent, could not have been better. Home scheduling, good cost, and superior quality.

They were very amazing. I worked with Phil a lot. He did the work that was worth more than the money I was charged. He is very generous and he always thinks of the customers first.

The work is not quite complete yet, but they have been a pleasure to work with so far. They discuss anything that might add to the cost of the estimate and are quick to get back to me when I have questions.

They were very professional. They were very courteous and they weren't overbearing whatsoever. The job was good quality. They knocked out a wall for the remodel.

Remodeled the entire kitchen. We did most of the demo before they arrived. Work crew was always on time, friendly and professional. Quality of work was as expected (really good) and there doesn't seem to be any short cuts taken. The work was done on an 85 year old house so the crew did an inspection of the entire property and suggested some reinforcement up the basement to support the weight of the new kitchen, which they did at minimal cost. Crew discovered a leak in the 85 year old plumbing from a bathroom above the kitchen and walked us through the process and showed us exactly what was going on before repairing anything. They probably saved us a few thousand in repairs 12 months from now by fixing that leak.

Crown molding, new hardwood floors, new plumbing for DW and Fridge, all new electrical panel, new laundry room and all new electrical outlets. Planning on using them for new decks, garage and remodeled kitchen. We are very satisfied with this work. Oh did I forget? They did all this work without us being there! We just left them a key and they took care of everything, even brought in the mail.

Phil Clendnin and Rob Lockwood were always puntual, honest and reasonably priced. We ran into additional interior repair and they were fairly priced and very neat and clean!

Carpenter and contractor were prompt, friendly but not overly. Worked well together and with owners.

I am very happy with them. They came in and fixed the problem. It was a small job. The price was very good.

Phil and Rob both came and assessed the situation. They were honest about our situation, gave us options, and took care of it. The pricing was very reasonable. It was a very small job, but they both obviously put 100% effort into it and treated our house like it was their own to make sure we were taken care of. We are considering to work with them for replacing our siding over the summer.

Phil and Rob arrived at the stated time and worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done exactly as I wanted it. The work area was cleaned up. The price was very reasonable.

It is two guys and they are great family folks. They are very concerned about the quality. I have even had them come back to look at the work, but they were on top of it before I even said something about it. They are very conscious about the quality of the work. Their prices are very competitive for the quality of the work. They get it all done on time. They are on site everyday until the project is finished.

The job went very smoothly. At the end of each day, the mess from that day was cleaned up and put on a trailer to be hauled off at a later date. From start to finish the job took about one week to complete. When the job was finished everything looked very nice. Since the installation we have had no problems with the work that was done. I would highly recommend the work that was done by C & L.
