My previous home was condemned due to mold from a roofer putting the roof on incorrectly. I was left homeless by his actions. I went to Clayton of Jonesboro due to there promise that they would have me in my new home 3 days after closing . I closed on 10/7/15. The home arrived to the property a week later and now the blocks they placed the home on are falling. I also paid them to hook up to the water and septic. They did okay they left the septic line above ground. They did not test the water lines and they were leaking in the house and the insulation got wet. Another set up for mold. The most incompetent bunch of people I ever experienced in my life . Destroyed a perfectly new home.

We have had nothing but issues with the double wide from them. The construction of the home with the they did not connect the two halves correctly resulting in water damage and missing shingles. They came back out and fixed it, finally five months later. When we were getting the foundation in line our son was going to pour the concrete, he had it dug out but not leveled. the work crew came out and started pouring on the uneven ground, then they used a quick set for the concrete to dry fast then set the home on the concrete that had not cured yet. We had issues with getting the electrical hooked up, with the plumbing they forgot to connect the sink and the dishwasher. Nothing but issues with them. Now the over no longer works, we were with out air conditioning
