Reliable, very reasonably priced

We had Daniel, Johnny and Tim work to install steel beam and jacks to lift sagging floors. They did an excellent job and we immediately noticed how the bounce and sag in our floor was gone. It even closed the settlement cracks in our wall. They were on time, considerate and thorough. They cleaned up our space without us even having to ask them. They even installed a drain pipe on our air conditioner to help with the condensation drip which wasnâ  t part of the job. We highly recommend this company.

Steve preformed his job with expertise and professionalism. I shopped three different foundation repair companies before choosing American. All three sale representatives were nice. All three offered a different price. I recommend American Foundation to everyone.

They did an incredible job, couldn't tell they were even at my house with how well they cleaned up especially after bringing in heavy equipment.

Great company, very experienced overall. Seemed to do a very thorough job, even with clean up. We wish that overages had been explained more as a probability rather than as a possibility, but at least it was touched on. We would use this company again for any other type of problem.

Basement looks completely different. Better than expected.

Very disappointed with the outcome of this project. They were unable to raise the slab and never made an attempt on the other two slabs that I had contracted for. The salesman never reconnected with me to discuss a remedy or offer an adjustment to the cost. The workmen were good at communicating with me but overall I am very disappointed.

The crew that showed up to do the work at my house today was right on time and very professional. They also were very hard workers and got what had been estimated as a two day project done in just one day. I am very happy with the results and know who I will call for any other foundation issues I have from now on!

Without a doubt, these guys know what they are doing. They respected my input and did all that was requested. Most importantly, my basement has since been completely dry even after some of the most intense storms that I have ever seen.

They shattered my concrete porch by improper jacking and striking with dead blow hammer until it broke in pieces. Now I have to replace the porch and they say they have no responsibility. I plan to sue. Beware.

I contracted with American Foundation & Basement Repairs, LLC for waterproofing services to include replacing the drywall once the installation was complete. The salesman listened to me, made all the changes that I requested, answered my questions, and did it all quickly, efficiently, and without pressure. The work crews were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, hauled away all the debris, and kept me well informed throughout the process. They called daily to let me know when they would arrive since the repair was not at my residence, giving me plenty of time to get there to let them in the house.

The man who did my foundation repair (removed rotted timber from under front door and installed new rot proof wood, then added concrete facing) was competent and friendly. He insured that the job was long lasting and secure. The front porch had sunken over time. His concrete facing was installed in such a way that future leveling of the porch will be difficult.

They were the only ones who had a solution for channeling water away from the patio and crawlspace: curtain drains.

I enjoy working with this company's representative; very knowledgeable and courteous. Job completed in a timely manner and I am satisfied with the work done.

The price is very high so the value proposition is still unknown as only time will tell. I was somewhat disappointed with the damage done by their truck to my driveway and front yard.

In 10 years, a corner of our garage floor appears to have settled about 3/4-1" leaving a gap under the garage door seal. An engineer from AF thought they could raise the slab "somewhat," but was careful to say it may be only a small amount. One-half inch would have been helpful in blocking rainwater. We also had a sidewalk that had dropped 3 or 4 inches in a 8-10' long portion. The two men worked hard for over 5 hours. Turned out the garage floor could not be raised any perceptible amount. The sidewalk was raised about 2-3 inches (my guess).

These guys are very professional. They show up when they say they will, their communication about the project and such is fantastic, and the workers do a great job. Due to the rain, my project is only half finished, but so far I am impressed! Only drawback is they are so busy there is a 6 week lag time before they can get to you once you accept their proposal.

The foundation repair they did was OK as far as I can tell, but the clean up afterward has been a nightmare. The initial work was completed 6 plus months ago yet I still have a hole in the ground at foundation level and worse, a huge pile of concrete and rocks in my back yard. The pieces are so big that I will have to get a jackhammer to break them up so I can move them. They have told me, on multiple occasions, that they were "on our way to your house right now to get that out of your yard", yet I have never seen them. This turned a good experience into a horrible one and I would not recommend this company.

Prompt and courteous with no delays. Concrete work was outstanding.

On time, clean, perfect concrete work

Representative sold me the product under false pretenses, by claiming dehumidifier had a 5 yr. warranty but really had a 2 yr. warranty. Was also told that dehumidifier would completely rid of any moisture in crawl space, that it would be so dry I would have no insects, mice or snakes. Later was told by installer that I might have to consider a water system to get rid of water standing, mind you, I’ve already spent over $3,000. Called representative about $250.00 rebate online to get credit, he said he would call me back but never heard from him but the installer helped me validate coupon. I haven’t heard anything from this company regarding my satisfaction from the business or to inquire any information about project. I felt as though the project was rushed to colllect remaining balance owed. Just FYI, if you have a lot of moisture in basement or crawl space, might as well go with Master Dry!
