Description of Work: Spray around house (outside only) quarterly for ants and spiders. Well worth it. They do great job, very respectful. It also seems to keep away the beetles that invaded my house at one time. They also come once a year to check for termites.

+ -1 moreTheir very good, that's the reason I used several pest controls here and I've tried them all and I like them the best. I don't have any pests! They do not have to come inside and do the whole inside of your closets and everything. They can just do the outside and maybe once a year come inside. They are very helpful. They send you a notice a month before and tell you when they are going to be here and what time and they are always there when they say they'll going to be. They are very professional. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We have a service contract with them. They came May 10, I think I do them quarterly. I have been using them for 20 years now.

+ -1 moreThe service was very minimal, did not change out the mouse traps, and just took a spray gun and worked around the corners. Spent no time asking about the issues with mice, and after the service noticed mice in old traps and no new traps put out. Although, I do think that as a whole they do as well as any service and it is entirely dependent on the service person and I think we caught our's on a bad day.

+ -1 moreIt was great. They were kind, polite, and friendly. They bothered us as little as they had to. It was a big deal. They had to go around in our basement. Our house is built on a concrete pad, and they had to drill holes on the concrete and fill them back in. We haven't seen any termites after that. They were really nice. They gave us a discount too. They were just wonderful.
