The finding it was fine. The quality of the carpet itself was fine. The installation of it was horrible. I couldn’t get them to respond. They would just come in and kind of half a** fix it. They didn’t want to take responsibility for their guys that did it. I got comments like, it’s all their profits being used replacing the carpet. They left big gaps in the carpet upstairs. So they had to come in and replace more carpet on top of it and they would still do it wrong. You could see the seams. Sloppy. Sloppy work. I’ll never call then again.

Description of Work: Very helpful staff. They were patient with us as we debated for weeks on the many options we were presented. Arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards. Great looking floors!
