Description of Work: replaced one window pane. They did a good job replacing the pane, but the cost was ridiculous.

I am trying to copy and paster its along complaint. He ripped us off. We paid 4800 for top of the line thermal windows we had taken a refi to get. He gave us cheapest he could find not what was promised. And now know how I love my Dogs is threatening to claim Dog bite which did not happen! He did a great job on my friends but we are so sorry we hired him will be going to court. He promised me $350 windows and installed $168 windows. Screens and window leak, gave no paper work for gurentee nothing. Hid poor installers kept comming back and Charles knew there was nothing that could be done. They were just cheap windows but he used them as well. I wish I could put my whole complaint but can't copy and paste from my word program.
