Description of Work: I’ve used Tim’s Heating & Air Conditioning for about five years. The last time they were here, they did the annual checkup on my three air-conditioning units.

+ -1 moreThe owner of the company provided a quote for the work to be performed. He took time to discuss various products, their efficiencies and the prices for each. Once we made the decision on the specifit product, they were very timely in getting it installed. They cleaned up their mess. They were very polite and professional and when we have our second unit replaced, they will be the company we call. They checked back with us to make sure everything was working properly and got all our paperwork to us promptly. Excellent people to work with. Our second unit has needed a few repairs and we have never felt pressured to go ahead and put in a new one. They have been here within hours to get it running for us, telling us they are ready whenever we are ready to replace it. This business is locally owned and we felt good about putting money back into our community.
Description of Work: Removed a 2 ton heating and air conditioning unit and replaced it with a more energy efficient unit. Hauled off the old unit. Processed all the paperwork we needed for the energy tax credit.
