+ -1 moreGreat people to deal with. My Realtor was Dan Watson. I also interacted with other agents at the office including James Lee, Wilma Presley and Dave Gatchel as well as Michelle Kennedy, the administrative assistant. They are all a bunch of friendly helpful people who do not deploy any high pressure sales techniques but rather go out of their way to help, provide information and give helpful suggestions and advice without being pushy. Never feel rushed or feel that they are anything but anxious to help. Dan Watson has been selling real estate in Monroe County for over 40 years and it seems like he has sold almost ever parcel of land around here at least once, some 4 or 5 times. His knowledge of the area is amazing and you can tell he is doing what he loves. He is always willing to take as much time as I want and what questions he can't answer, he finds somebody who can.
