I called him about a month ago for receipts on the materials he used on our house. He said that he did not have any receipts and was very short with me. I felt as if he was evasive. He charged us an exorbitant fee to remove paneling from our house to prepare for siding. Everyone that I've talked to said the job should have been only a couple thousand dollars. We've had people out to give us estimates, and the wood he replaced the paneling with was not even pressure treated. I paid extra money to have an area re-roofed, and then he told me that the area could not be repaired. Some of the providers that have come out since then have told me that some of the areas he said he repaired had not been repaired.

I asked for an estimate within a week, but 11 days later I still have not heard back, so I am not impressed with communication.

The experience went very well. He did an excellent job. Everything was concrete cinder blocks, he didn't cut any corners. The only problem were his workman. It wasn't him. He had a hard time with the help that he had. There were certain things that they didn't do correctly. He caught what he could but he didn't catch everything. There for he did some things a little but different. It is ok though because it matches the rest of the house. I would recommend that you have a contract because the siding ended up costing a little bit more than we thought. When they took down the aluminum siding the walls were rotted so I can't blame him for that one. He had to rebuild the walls literally. His men were just not that experienced. He would stand there and correct them. He himself was good. He wasn't happy with a guy and replaced him. Anything I was not happy with he did come immediately and fix it. If I have any problems he is right there.

He has been working since January 1st. I had 3 estimates and I picked him. He was not the cheapest. I am very happy with him. He is very professional. He comes to check on his men and check on their work. If it is not right he has them redo the work. If he is not happy with the work a man is doing, he will get rid of them and get a new person. He is a tough man to work for. I would definitely use him again.
