Well versed in Air Condition brands, makes models construction designs, along with the life & maintenance cycle issues. Straight up No non-sense approach. Stacey has bent over backwards to keep our current unit running, which has been no small feat based on the multiple tube failures until the new replacement equipment arrives-

I was contacted right away, Stacey walked me through checking my system to see if the problem had a simple fix, we determined something more serious was going on and I was able to schedule a service visit for the same day. He was very professional and thoroughly explained the problem. The pricing also seemed fair and was less than originally quoted.

I called and left a message at 7:23am. Stacey called me back at 7:25am! I told him what my system was doing and he immediately explained the likely causes. He then set an appointment with me for the same morning, as it was about to be a very hot day. Stacey arrived as promised. He loves taking time to explain what he is doing and why. The job was completely very timely and done to perfection. I used his services three years prior, and that's exactly why I reached out to him today. I very highly recommend Stacey and Mid-Tenn for any AC/Heating system needs.

A/C unit not working..... and it was hot. Called Mid TN and got Stacey, the owner. He said he would be there around noon. At noon he called and said a repair was taking longer than anticipated but confirmed he would be there by 4. At 330 he called and said he was 25 minutes away. Arrived on time, diagnosis the problem and had me "cooling down" in 25 minutes. Great Job. Fair price. His young teenaged son was with him dressed in the same outfit as Dad. The whole experience was excellent. At the top of my call list.

He seemed to genuinely care about addressing the problem with our A.C. unit in the best way possible. He gave us several options, which enabled us to determine the best way to proceed. I have recently had a less than favorable experience with a "well known" Nashville company. After reading the reviews on Mid-Tenn I decided to give Stacy a call. To my surprise he called back quickly, set-up a time to arrive and then arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Great experience! It is really nice to know that there is a guy like Stacy out there that actually understands customer services and needs. I will be using him going again when the need arises.

After reading reviews on HomeAdvisor, I gave Mid-Tenn Mechanical a call. This was around 5:30pm. A little after 8:00pm the same day, Stacey was at work diagnosing the problem with my A/C. He quickly identified the issue, had the part on hand, and got the unit running again. At the same time, I got a pretty good education about my A/C system. The work was done well, and the price was fair. Mid-Tenn Mechanical will be my first call in the future.

Stacy was extremely timely, courteous, knowledgeable and intentional about every detail. Not only was the work exceptional, but I also received a welcome education in heating and A/C. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Perfect service! After calling 3 other places i found Mid-Tenn Mechanical and Stacy came straight in and went straight to the problem! While everyone else was trying to sell me new systems and expensive parts. Stacy listened to me and what information I had and never tried to sell me anything without making sure first of what was wrong. Even came out to my house at 9:30P.M. to check my problem. And i am now at 10:30P.M. sitting in the air-conditioning writing this review. Will use him for any and all of my Hvac needs and would refer him to anyone that needs the same. Top Notch!
