We hired Mark because he was personable, flexible, and went the extra mile to make sure he had the right info to quote us accurately. Cons: We had to follow up with Mark to get a start date for the project, and he didn't get back to us with an answer when he said he would. The project was quoted as a 2-day job, he told us they could do everything in 1 day, and then it ended up taking two days which created major disruptions for us. His team complained about their work while they were working. Damage was done to our walls in the process. Pros: Mark was good at communicating unexpected delays with scheduling our project. Jimmy, the painter, took the initiative to repair the worst of the damage to our walls and was great to work with. Mark sought our feedback, listened to our complaints, and genuinely apologized and sought ways to improve his business. Overall, the job was done well and we are mostly satisfied with the quality. We felt cared for as customers in the end.

This is the second time we've used Mark. He is quick, efficient and does excellent work. We will definitely use him again!

Mark is a great guy!! He replaced my side door on garage plus trim. He also replaced trim around garage door. He's prompt, friendly and makes sure everything is done correctly. I will be calling him for more projects.
