LOWE'S

I went to Lowe's specifically because they have a Nashville warehouse/distribution center and offer fast delivery after purchase. What I got was: -notification that they would not deliver as scheduled because my dryer unit had been broken, there was no more in stock, and they didn't know when they would get more. -Then I was told I would get a matching set in Friday instead of Wednesday. -Then, after calling Lowe's three times to ensure my delivery window would account for when I'm at work, they scheduled my delivery during work hours and the driver told me he "couldn't guarantee that he would swing back around" at the end of the day. -Then the washer/dryer set they delivered DID NOT MATCH: different load sizes (!) And different color schemes. -Then they told me I had to wait a day for them to pick up the washer, and then it is a mandatory 48-hour wait period before they can deliver my new washer (after another round of their terrible delivery route scheduling protocols). At no point in this terrible journey has anyone offered me some discount or anything to acknowledge that THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE and they've messed things up at every turn. It's been the most stressful week in recent memory, just waiting for the next random phone call to inform me that they've screwed up, or some mandatory policy they have is going to further ruin my day and prevent me from cleaning my clothes that much longer. LOWE'S APPLIANCE AND DELIVERY IN THE NASHVILLE AREA IS A COMPLETELY DYSFUNCTIONAL CLOWN SHOW. I cannot express the depth to which I now hate this company and every one of their terrible logistics decisions TO MY CORE. I rue the day I ever decided to go with Lowe's.

I did get a lot of stuff there. I just really like them. They have good sales. I got a rebate on my appliances that I applied to my front door. They even brought a pillar man out here to look at them. I like the installer from Lowe's named Mike that did my windows. All the installers had been really nice and have done excellent. I love my windows.

Lowe’s is wonderful. I like their design center. Before our flood we decided we wanted to update our kitchen. We stripped it all out, and took it all out, the cabinets and everything. My husband decided he was going to put in all new cabinets. We sat down with their kitchen designer and we told him exactly what type of cabinets we wanted and exactly what we wanted them to look like and the color as well. We had run the dimensions of the kitchen so they could decide what we could put in there. What was wonderful is they came up with a floor plan for my husband to follow. We ordered the cabinets and had them delivered and my husband put them all up. We did specialty doors and drawers. Then a month later we had a flood. After the flood came we had a contractor gut everything. The contractor was going to go somewhere else for the cabinets to get a deal. I told him he had to go to Lowe’s. I had saved in a folder all the print-outs from Lowe’s as to what cabinets we needed and exactly how to put them up. It’s a wonderful service that tells you what you bought and where they fit in the floor plan and the sizes and everything. The contractor kind of gave me an argument but I said to just go do it. Later he said that those were the easiest cabinets to install. The cabinets are Kraftsmaid, top of the line cabinets, and they’re just beautiful. The contractor was amazed that they fit exactly on the walls. Lowe’s is always an A. They do next day delivery. They are really good with washers and dryers and they match prices. I was looking for a stove and I had an ad from a competing store. I asked if they could match it and they said they had that stove and they matched the price. I also got a dishwasher for about half the price and they delivered it all the next day. My dealings with Lowe’s have been wonderful. I might as well just hand over my pension check to Lowe’s. My husband bought knock-out roses for $5 and now we have 25 rose bushes in the front yard. They also delivered red mulch in the bag and he put the mulch around the roses. I would give them all A’s; they are just wonderful.

They were excellent. They pointed us to a washing machine that was on sale. I was very pleased with Lowe's.

They would give me a very low figure to try and get me as a customer and then when things started flushing out the price would change. After the cabinets went in the floor people came in threw the cabinets out of line. They gave me a partial refund so that I would keep the crooked cabinet.
