+ -1 moreThis company has shown up twice at my house without calling or any previous communication. Apparently they had a contract with the previous owner and never checked to see if the house still belonged to them before showing up and doing an inspection. The first time my babysitter was here and she didn't know what to say so she let them look around and the second time we weren't home. I will never use this company due to their unprofessional way of doing business (i.e. no phone call, no appointment, don't even know who owns the house).

+ -1 moreNo complaints! They're here when they are supposed to be. The service folks are courteous and professional. And when we've had sightings of between-visit creepy crawlies, they've come back out!
Description of Work: We have used A-1 for over three years. They come to our house quarterly to do preventative pest control. We also do our annual termite inspection with them.

+ -1 moreI am not happy with A-One Pest Control. The problem was not eliminated and they were too expensive. I felt that they really did not care about their job.
Description of Work: A-One sprayed for ants. They did all of the rooms inside and then sprayed outside.
