+ -1 moreI called every number I could find for these folks, including the one provided by Angie's List. Called once a day and sometimes twice a day for 4 days in a row last week. Got the same Call Center answer each time, answered the same questions each time, left the same number each time. It's now day 10 and still no call back. How does someone like this get all these A ratings? If I get a response with a reasonable reason, I'll change my review, but for now it's a big F!

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They even tightened gutter screws that were loose! The only weird thing is I cannot get them to send me the invoice/bill. I have never had to ask a company to let me pay them before! Maybe they send out bills once a month? When I call their number I only get their answering service which tells me they will tell them to send me the bill! Weird!!!!!!

+ 0 moreClayton texted me at 4:30PM while I was at work and asked if he could go by my home so he could give me a quote. A little later he said it would be $400 and they could do it that day. They arrived around 5:45PM and he and his crew got right on the job and the work they did was awesome! When they were finished they cleaned up the area. Gutters and fascia look great. They were done with everything in about an hour. I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Clayton and his crew attached gutters that were coming off from my 3,000 plus square foot house and also fixed loose fascia that was coming apart. They cleaned the gutters, and caulked and sealed them where needed, and tightened them back onto the house.

+ 0 moreClayton showed up on time and went above and beyond my expectations. 3 gutters that run underground were clogged and his team was able to locate and clean out the lines so that water wouldn't back up all the way to the house. Would definitely use them again.

Once we decided, he scheduled and finished the work much faster than we anticipated. When we were unhappy with the position of the new downspout, his team came out the next day and changed it immediately. Would highly recommend this company for fast, quality work!

I would rather know that they don't want to do the job so that I can go find another company to fix this serious issue that we have we were counting on them and they never showed up!

+ 0 moreI contacted Expert Exteriors and scheduled an appointment for a gutter cleaning. I was given an exact date & time of service. The day of the appointment, no one showed up. I contacted the company 3 times that day - and each time I was told the manager would return my call with an ETA. Needless to say, that call never came. I was disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism and communication from Expert Exteriors.
