Expert Exteriors

I found Clayton through the process of submitting a snapfit project. Angies list did the work of finding the contractor, for me. I will be useing snapfit project again. Clayton was prompt for our meeting, professional , provided a a great quote for the project which was emailed to me immediately. He had his team come out the next day to complete the project. great price, quick service and there was no mess left. We were kept informed by text if needed. Gutters look great and they come with a 5 year warrenty. We hve not had out first rain, but I am sure everything will be fine. Several neigbors seems interested in getting work completed also. Expert Exteriors are on my redial list if I have any exterior projects to complete in the future.

Clatein came to our house same day as call. He gave us an estimate and proceeded to fix our gutter on the spot as more rain/snow was in our immediate forecast. He raised our gutter in a problem area so that it would drain, something the installers of the gutters should have done in the first place. He secured our boards to the house with much larger screws and straightened out damage that had been done to fascia and soffit. He even cleaned up the mess that came out of the gutter with a blower. This is the first time I have ever been pleased with any service to our house. It was beyond my expectations!

I contacted the company before ordering to see how long it would be before they would be able to install the gutter guards. I was told it would be a week so I ordered. Communication was awful. It took about a week and a half to get an appointment arranged due to no or slow responses from the company. They missed the first appointment and never called. When I called them they didn't even realized the guy didn't come. Once they did finally come and do the job they did a good job and cleaned everything up. Couldn't even tell someone was there.

My experience worked out well. They were timely and efficient. There were two people here doing the work.

They did not respond for 4 days, but when they came they went above and beyond what I needed done.

While it took quite a while to get in touch with the company to have the job completed, once scheduled, the work was done quickly and they did a good job. Since I was not present when the work was done, they were kind enough to take pictures so I didn't have to get out a ladder to verify the work was done.

I have seen a huge improvement in the water problems around my home since Expert Exteriors repaired my gutters. There is no longer water draining around the foundation of the house. I know for a fact the gutters were cleaned because I went outside and saw them all the way to the top of the roof digging gunk out and disposing of it. They cleaned up after themselves which I loved. Clayton provided valuable consultation to me on how to handle a couple of problem areas. He even came back and advised me against doing something that I had requested because it would not have looked right. He did this even though it meant that my final bill would be less than he had quoted. Clayton sent me photo's of an area he discovered that needed additional work and then photo's of how it was repaired. We had a little trouble connecting at first, due to the fact that I wanted to be present when they did the work and the fact that we had some weather issues that delayed their being able to get here. But, I am certainly glad I waited for Clayton and his crew to be available.

Overall, we had a great experience with Expert Exteriors. I had to contact them a couple times to get the appointment scheduled. But once it was on the books, the work that was done was great. We have more gutters than what the deal provided, but they were clear with how much the additional charge would be, went ahead and did the full instillation and sent an invoice for the remainder. We received pictures of the completed work and it looks great. We received previous quotes for over three times what we paid. Would recommend them to our neighbors!

I called the company and agreed to meet Clayton Cunha at the house the next day. He was there on time and awaiting my arrival. He looked at the situation, quoted me a price and we agreed on a date for the service to be performed. He and his crew arrived on time and replaced all of the gutters on the back of the house with 6'' continues gutters and downspouts along with "Gutter Guard" gutter inserts. I am very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of the people.

We did an angie's deal and the team was great, they really went above and beyond. They also quoted us a great price for gutter guards as the roofers from the year prior left shingles on the roof that were in the gutters! we have lots of trees so this will really help!

The gentlemen were fast, friendly and efficient. My gutters look great. They left no mess. Actually my back patio looked better than before they came because they blew it off for me. I have nothing but good things to say.

This was an average experience. He did not call first. He just showed up at my home which was the wrong address - I have a rental property. We then scheduled for another day, he did not show up, then I followed up and he did get the work done.

We had our roof and gutters replaced this past spring and the gutter people (NOT expert exteriors) installed the back gutter with the seam directly above out patio. It leaked. Constantly. Long story short, they came back three different times to "fix" the leak. It still leaked. Constantly. So, Angie's List to the rescue!! I bought a deal, $200 for $250 worth of gutter service. Clayton contacted me right away and was available to come out the very next day. He and his helper were able to solve the problem in about an hour. It's been 5 days and NO LEAK!! We are very pleased! And, the repair only cost $150 so we still have a $100 credit with Expert Exteriors for future work, whenever we need it. Clayton was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He even took pictures of the inside of the gutter for us. I would highly recommend this company.

Prompt in response and service. Service was performed exactly as described and charged exactly as quoted. In fact, Clayton noticed that some screws were needed and flashing would help with the downspouts. Added without charge. Very satisfied with Expert Exteriors and will definitely use again. All around a great experience.

Contaced Clayton after reading reviews and scheduled a time for him to come out well in advance. We had a slight misunderstanding as I thought he was planning to complete the work same day, when instead he came out and gave me an estimate. Truthfully given the amount of guards to be installed and how far out I scheduled it (over a month) this wasn't surprising. After 15 minutes or so he gave me an estimate, I agreed and he offered to come 3 days later to do the work, which he did. They arrived on time that day, completed the work efficiently and fully cleaned up after themselves. They seem to have done an excellent job and I think the price was reasonable given the amount of gutters on my house. Also, Clayton offered to come out anytime and clear out a certain problem spot if necessary free of charge, but was very clear that the guards should require no maintenance. And furthermore he did not try to upsell me on the type of gutter guards to get, when I asked he said that the much more expensive guards were not necessary as I did not have pine needles. I would and will use Clayton again for exterior needs.

It was amazing. These guys installed metal gutter guards and were VERY professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I watched them installed the guards, very detailed oriented, used many screws and also used a trash bag to keep gutter garbage out of the landscaping. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

Clayton and staff installed the system in a timely manner. The installers were polite and professional.

I was very impressed with Cleiton Cunha and his partner. They arrived on time, did the work in the time they said they would, didn't waste time, didn't bother me, were very personable and mannerly. My close inspection of their work showed it to be neat and secure. The price was reasonable too! . And they worked under a blistering sun in a temperature of 95 (100 "feels like"). I highly recommend them.

Everything went well. Gutters were cleaned and no mess was left behind.

The quality of the installation and the gutter screens was good. HOWEVER, the gutter screens were nothing like the ones pictured in their advertisement (they were a much less costly version) and two versions of the screen were used. One was the “expanded aluminum mesh” variety which works well for expelling large objects like leaves and twigs; the other was the expanded mesh with a fine screen added to expel smaller leaves and pine needles. The second type is essential if there are pines nearby, but the installer ran out of it and installed it on only half of the second story gutter. When I pointed this out they returned as promised and replaced the open mesh screen with open mesh/fine screen guards, correcting the issue. Would I hire this company for a future job? Not sure.

The did a good job; however, it was much more expensive than I expected.

They came on the day scheduled. They were professional in their dress and behavior. Very polite. Spent about 1.5 hours on the roof. Cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. I was impressed with their work.

Clayton provided excellent service in every way. He came on time and we reviewed the tasks he was to perform. He completed everything in a timely fashion and additionally identified two localized problems that he fixed for a very reasonable price. After he finished he cleaned up so well there was no evidence that he and his worker had even been at my house. All in all he did an excellent job and was very friendly and pleasant to work with--I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
