I called Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for Friday 9-11 am. We need someone to provide new siding and repair window trim on a house we are under contract to buy. I explained to the scheduler that we wouldn't have access to the interior of the house, but that I would be there with my 2 year old at 9:15. The first worker arrived right on time and proceeded to talk to me about gutters. I explained that we didn't want gutters, but siding and window trim. We discussed the pros and cons of wrapping the window trim and he left after telling me that another man would be by shortly to discuss siding with me. That person never showed up. We were waiting in the cold rain, so I called the office at 10:45 to see if anyone was going to show up, but the scheduler told me that she didn't have that information and that Clayton would call me shortly. At 11:00 I called again and was told the same thing. Clayton never called. I received a quote for gutters, but nothing else. Nobody responded to my emailed request for more information or to the comments I attached to their online estimate. I has been five days with no follow-up.

d they I purchased a "Big Deal" for gutter installation. They never contacted me, but I called in and set an appointment time. I sat at home that day...no one ever showed and no one ever called. I called in the next day and was told the owner would be in contact. He never called. I contacted Angie's List and they were told the owner would call. He never did. I finally gave up and had to request a refund. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

We set a date for service. They never showed up. They never called to explain. Very unprofessional.

The work was good, had trouble scheduling.

The vendor was able to use one of the scheduled times I requested. We did have to postpone due to weather, but they came 2 days later and installed the gutter cover in a short amount of time. I drove up right as they finished. I had them go back up to take pictures. Everything looked good. Looked like good quality and installation. Very excited to no longer need to have routine gutter cleaning.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's List. When I signed up online on July 17, I was asked for three possible dates for installation. I selected 8/6 , 8/7, or 8/10. I did not hear anything back from Expert Exteriors. I sent an email to Clayton Cunha directly on 8/4 to ask about the install schedule. I did not hear anything back. I messaged him through Angie's List on 8/5. I heard back from Clayton on 8/5 and he said he would arrive at 3p on 8/6. They did not show up, nor did they call. I called their office on 8/7 and was told that Clayton would call me back. He did not call. He messaged me through Angie's List about coming on 8/8 to do the job. There ere a few other exchanges regarding what sections of gutters were to be done all through messaging on Angie's List. His crew arrived in the afternoon. The job took about an hour. They seemed very efficient. They were not aware of what section of gutter was to be worked on. They were not aware that this was done with an Angie's List coupon. All in all, I think Expert Exteriors has poor customer communication skills. I don't have opinion on the quality of work since that will be revealed over time as I see how their gutter guard system works and how well it holds up.

Expert Interiors came out early on Friday and repaired the gutter, and also checked all the gutters and secured them. I was working from home that morning and they went about their work with great efficiency and were very thorough. The price was reasonable for the amount of work they did, they did a great job in securing all the gutters (so I don't have to worry about having another section of gutter come loose any time soon), They also provided me with photos of the work done, which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.

I called this business to schedule a gutter clean. I spoke to an answering service who took my name and address. I was told that they would be by on July 27th. No one ever showed up. Then I got an email asking that I sign a agreement for the services. I signed it. They told me they would come by today, August 5. When they showed up, it was one young man and a truck. He took one look out our house, (which is quite large) and said that the owner had told him that this was a small house and that he could do it alone. He said he could not do it alone (I did not blame him) so I sent him on his way.

Did not "go". Never connected despite several requests for an appointment and several e mails.

From the first phone call to the completion of the job they were more than professional. Afraid another storm would bring the gutter down they were able to come out the same day I called - what luck! The team was fast and efficient. Additionally, they couldn't have sweeter to our 4 year old, who bombarded them questions. I was prepared for a much more complicated and long project and cannot believe how easy they made this. They'll be on my list for yearly maintenance.

In answer to your above question How'd it go, it didn't go at all. At my contact with provider I was asked to send a picture. Then I received a text message for my address that he could drive by and look at the problem and then give me an estimate. Never received another text message, phone call and no estimate. Am I missing something. When you read the great review

Clayton came out to give me an estimate to install gutter guards around my entire house. He arrived as expected and already had the estimate ready. He uses on-line satellite images of the roof of your house to measure for the estimate. It was within a few feet of my manual measurement. Pretty cool. He then will text you a link to go on-line to print the estimate. Job was scheduled a couple of days later. Clayton keeps you informed via text message and arrives when he says he will. They made sure all gutters were clean and installed the gutter guards within a couple of hours. He used sealant to repair a couple of areas that were leaking. He sent me text pictures of the gutters and installed guards as he was up on a ladder doing the work. Pretty cool to see what you are getting without you getting on the roof. They checked all down spouts, drains, and cleaned up perfectly. Would certainly recommend Clayton and Expert Exteriors and use them again on any future gutter project.

Clayton is very professional and goes that extra step to make sure all is correct on the job.

It went great. Within 2 hours they had replace about a 15 ft. gutter and fascia. They also cleaned my gutters. They were very professional. I will have them give me a quote when it's time to replace the gutters. They did a great job.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate and Clayton responded promptly with a very reasonable quote. He said work could be completed the very next day. His workers arrived not only promptly, but early to do the quoted work. They were professional, courteous and worked very hard completing the job. I am very satisfied with the work completed and would use or recommend them again.

The service was excellent. He responded to our inquiry right away. We set up an appointment in about a week. He came when he said he would, was professional and thorough. He cleaned up afterwards. And was a really nice guy.

The team arrived on time, introduced themselves and began to work. They did exactly as they'd promised, including some minor repairs and parts replacements. They completed the work in less than three hours. Interestingly, it rained the next day and everything drained well with no sheeting of water over the rims of the gutters; downspouts flowed freely too. Nice job!

It's what the provider didn't do. On May 12, 2015 I made an appointment for 5/14/15 at 9:00 a.m. for an estimate on a siding issue. At 10a.m. I called to find out if the service person would be here soon as we had other commitments. The lady who answered the phone verified the appointment and said someone would call back as soon as possible and could not/would not explain why the provider was a no-show. Still have not received a call back.

Clayton was great. Fixed two leaks in the gutters without asking.

Had a great experience. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. He let me know when he was on his way. He Came and did the work very efficiently and texted me pictures of the gutters from the second floor! Even sent a video of the cleaning process. The best part was that there was no mess on the ground after he left unlike others that have done this in the past!
